We are building the first-ever Immune Digital Twin – a personalizable computer replica of the immune system – to enable everyone and anyone to assess and optimize the health of their immune system and simulate and predict its future ability to respond to diseases.
Responsibilities- As a Manager, Software Engineering (Temporary), you will:
- Oversee the design and evolution of the infrastructure
- Manage the software development team
- Translate product roadmaps into scalable software solutions
- Design and adhere to software development processes and best practices.

Temporary employees may be appointed for a period of up to two years. Those appointed for more than six months are eligible for benefits from the beginning of the appointment, provided the position is half-time (.50 FTE ) or greater. Those appointed for six months or less are not eligible for benefits.

MinimumRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related degree
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript (ES6), React, Node.js, Angular
JS, WebGL, Docker, and Python - 5+ years of experience managing a software development team of 5 or more people using modern software development management processes (e.g., Agile dev)
- 5+ years of experience working with Jira, Git Lab, or similar applications
- 5+ years of experience working with a product management team to facilitate the translation of product requirements into engineering specifications and sprint tasks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Desire to work on a highly complex infrastructure that requires tight integration and communication with the computational, mathematical, and biophysical scientists.
- Experience in diverse technologies and technical challenges, in services development, systems engineering, and distributed PaaS/SaaS infrastructure.
Posted Salary: $84,280/year minimum
