We are seeking compassionate Therapists to support families at risk of separation or in reunification, providing crisis intervention and therapeutic services in a hybrid work setting in Kearney, NE.
- Licensed or in a Master’s program with clinical supervision; experience in child welfare and crisis work preferred.
- Provide therapy in homes and via Telehealth, conduct assessments, develop service plans, and collaborate with community partners.
- Build trust with families, manage sensitive situations, track progress, and advocate for family well-being.
