We are currently seeking an Asbestos Operative to join our dedicated team in Birmingham.

  Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hr week), with potential for up to 50 hours on certain projects

Your role as an Asbestos Operative will involve covering a dedicated geographical area and providing support to our customers by resolving their asbestos issues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing asbestos removal, encapsulation, and environmental cleaning within the Utilities Sector.
• Adhering strictly to the issued Plans of Work, current UK legislation, comprehensive specifications, and the DCUK FM Ltd Standard Operating Procedures and Health and Safety guidelines.
• Following directives from the Asbestos Removal Supervisor.
• Ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and care of all provided Personal Protective Equipment, Respiratory Protective Equipment, and Asbestos Removal plant and equipment, immediately reporting any malfunctions or defects.

• NVQ Asbestos Operative course
• Asbestos certificate
• Red CSCS card
