Journeyman Plumber

Responsibilities:

  • Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot plumbing systems in residential properties, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drains.
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions for customers, ensuring systems are functioning properly.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential problems before they become serious issues.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive relationship with clients while explaining issues and solutions clearly.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, tasks completed, and time spent on each job.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and share knowledge as needed.

What You Will Bring:

  • Must hold a valid Plumbing Journeyman + Gas Fitting Journeyman license in Lincoln.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing service and repair.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
  • Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
  • Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
