What You'll Do:

* Perform residential and light commercial drain cleaning, maintenance, and inspections.

* Operate cable machines, jetters, and sewer cameras to diagnose and clear blockages.

* Provide repair or replacement recommendations with clear communication and integrity.

* Deliver outstanding customer service through education, empathy, and professionalism.

* Maintain accurate and timely job documentation in Service Titan.

* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

* Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.

What You Bring:

* 1+ years of residential or commercial drain cleaning experience preferred.

* Strong troubleshooting ability, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving mindset.

* Valid driver's license with clean driving record; plumbing or drain certifications a plus.

* Team player with integrity, accountability, and a passion for customer care.

* Must be willing to participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency drain service.

* Proven attendance record and must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

* Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs.

* Ability to frequent stoop, kneel and crouch to work in tight spaces.

* Ability to climb and work from ladders.

* Must be able to work in both extreme heat and cold, as well as adverse weather conditions.

* Must be able to push, pull, and carry heavy equipment.
