We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team, serving both residential and commercial clients in Lincoln, NE and surrounding communities. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This position requires strong technical ability, customer service skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, and ventilation systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC components and controls as needed.
• Test system performance using specialized tools (manometers, gauges, electrical testers, etc.).
• Accurately document service calls, findings, and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair options, recommendations, and system operation.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards.
• Respond to emergency service calls as scheduled or assigned.
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• 2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and/or commercial).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.

• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• May require lifting heavy equipment including but not limited to 25 to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
• Travel to different job sites as needed.
