Job DutiesThis position performs a variety of tasks including basic facility maintenance including skilled electrical work, construction, installation, alteration, fabrication, maintenance, and repair work in one or more building trades and/or equipment maintenance activities. The Electrician works individually or as a member of a work crew, exercising a substantial degree of independence in planning and organizing their own work and performs related work as assigned.
Qualifications- Possession of a Nebraska Journeyman Electrical license OR Electrical Contractor license or eligibility to become licensed in Nebraska.
- Current Electrical Contractor license required to obtain electrical permits.
- Current Journeyman Electrical license required to perform electrical installation.
- Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Contractor). Apprentice can be accepted with the understanding that they would have to complete the license within 1 year.
- Valid driver's license required. Regular and reliable attendance required.
