As an HVAC/R Technician
, you’ll deliver reliable, high‑quality service to commercial clients. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain HVAC/R systems, handling electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and urgent service, including after‑hours on‑call rotations.
• Accurately document all service details using company‑provided iPads.
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
• Identify service opportunities and share them with customers.

$25.00 – $35.00 per hour.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician.
• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.
• Comfort with mobile apps and technology.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.

• Safe work at heights using ladders up to 28–32 feet.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Perform bending, kneeling, crawling, and reaching into confined spaces.
• Maintain physical stamina for repetitive tasks and extended activity.
• Move with vision, hearing, and verbal communication continuously.
• Operate equipment such as iPads and cell phones.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
• Occasionally work in an office environment.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures.
