Description

Kabredlo's Property is seeking a skilled Drywall Installer/Finisher to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our exceptional apartment communities in Lincoln, NE. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and aesthetics of our properties.

Responsibilities

* Measure, cut, and fit drywall sheets for installation on walls and ceilings

* Position and secure drywall sheets to metal or wood studs

* Cut and install corner beads

* Fill joints, holes, and cracks with joint compound

* Smooth out excess compound and sand over dry compound for a polished finish

Qualifications

* Previous drywall experience is required

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively under deadlines

* Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. Benefits
