We are seeking experienced Directional Boring and Hydro-Vac Machine Operators for underground utility projects in Lincoln, Nebraska. Candidates should have experience working around underground utilities and installing underground conduit for various applications.

As a Directional Boring and Hydro-Vac Machine Operator, you will:

• Have 3-5 years of continuous underground utility construction experience operating directional drills and/or hydro-vacs
• Demonstrate a solid work history with minimal damage during directional drilling
• Possess certifications and extensive experience operating hand tools, power tools, drills, and boring machines
• Be capable of spotting, exposing, and identifying utilities after they have been located
• Understand ground conditions relevant to drilling and boring
• Perform daily maintenance checks on machines
• Read communication prints for conduit or cable placement underground
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, subcontractors, and clients
• Work well with others and follow directions
• Lifting materials weighing up to 100 pounds
• Hold a Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement and maintain a good driving record
