Job Responsibilities- Lead residential HVAC system installations (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, IAQ equipment)
- Perform complete system change-outs, retrofits, and upgrades
- Verify proper sizing, ductwork adjustments, electrical connections, and refrigerant charge
- Oversee job flow from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Follow manufacturer specs, local codes, and company installation standards
- Ensure all equipment start-ups, testing, and commissioning are completed correctly
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers
- Delegate tasks effectively and maintain productivity
- Coordinate with the install manager, warehouse/fleet, and sales team
- 1+ years of residential HVAC experience.
- EPA Certification
- NATE Certification(s) preferred
- Ability to lead a job and supervise helpers
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and tight spaces
- High attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Pass a drug test
- Reside within 45 minutes of our office
