Currency is dedicated to disrupting e-commerce by designing financial technology that unlocks the free flow of capital and opportunity for our customers. We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals who want to innovate and disrupt the fintech industry and have fun doing it.
Responsibilities- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Travel required – trips 2-3 times per year maximum
- Achieve objectives through effective planning, goal setting and projecting future performance
- Outreach to prospective customers via phone and email to assist in completing financial transactions
- Work effectively with internal teams to structure the best possible offer for applicants
- Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact and establish long-lasting relationships with applicants as well as sellers of equipment
- Drive more leads on our platform through your relationship with vendors and sellers of equipment
- Achieve close percentage targets by generating approvals and obtaining signed contracts from applicants
- Assume other duties as assigned
- In-office position with a 4.5 day regular work week; ability to commute daily to the local office is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and communicate within a team environment
- Results-oriented, flexible, and open to change
- Stable and progressive work history; professional appearance and demeanor
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience preferred but not required
- Ability to travel 25% of the month
- Experience carrying a revenue target and delivering results
- Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and forecasting skills
- Proactive and independent with the ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to motivate and work well with others
