Our clients are typically growing businesses under $1M–$10M revenue that need a reliable technology and security partner.
The OpportunityWe are looking for a Sales Partner who can help us secure new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship building.
This is a performance‑driven role

You bring the deal → you get paid.
No cap. No ceiling.
What You’ll Do- Identify and reach out to local and regional businesses (Lincoln, Omaha, Midwest focus)
- Generate and qualify new leads
- Set appointments and/or introduce SAINT to decision‑makers
- Help move opportunities from first contact → signed agreement
- Maintain a simple pipeline of outreach and follow‑ups
- Collaborate directly with ownership on deal strategy
- Commission per closed deal (primary structure)
- % based on contract value or first‑month revenue
- Optional residuals on recurring monthly contracts (negotiable)
- Performance bonuses for hitting milestone targets
All terms are clearly defined in a written agreement before starting.
What We’re Looking ForRequired:
- Self‑starter mentality (no hand‑holding)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach (email, phone, in‑person)
- Ability to build trust quickly with business owners
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B sales, IT services, or security services
- Existing network in:
- Hospitality (hotels)
- Property management
- Small businesses
- Healthcare or manufacturing
- Understanding of managed services or security systems
- 20+ qualified business conversations initiated
- 5–10 strong opportunities in pipeline
- 2–3 closed deals
