Development Representative (SDR) is to make the first connection with prospective clients. TheSDRwill focus on territory and pipeline development and will act as the ‘hunter’.The Sales Development Representative  (SDR) will generate new business opportunities by developing and managingprocesses to prospect intoaccounts.

You’lllearn how toidentifyand research lists of companies to targetandwill assistin the development and implementationofemail and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

Professional Qualifications Education

B.S., B.A., or equivalent in sales, marketing, sciences, or related field.

Experience
  • Dynamic telephone presence
  • Experience with Personal Computers:
    Basic experience with various operating systems (Windows, Macintosh), Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint. Sales Force (CRM), or Outreach experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
General
  • Results-driven, self-starter, persistent, highly motivated to keep moving forward despite rejection.
  • Passion for finding and identifying those who “want to learn more”.
  • Team player; enjoys and works well with others in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to prepare and give presentations in one-on-one settings, small groups and workshops.

Position Responsibilities Specific
  • Inbound leadqualification by having a comprehensive understanding of LI-COR’s products toidentifyhow our solutions can meet customers’ needs.
  • Daily integration with SFDC and Outreach to ensure all prospects are properly managed.
  • Develop,Manage,runand suggest improvements for Outreach sequences.
  • Research, communicate and qualify allprospectsconverting them to the next stage of the sales funnel.
  • Achieve monthly lead quota through proactive outbound phone calls,emailsand other tactics.
  • Efficientlymovequalified inbound leads through the sales funnel.
  • Find new potential sales outlets and markets to drive growth.
  • Constantly create and tweak approach to inbound and outbound lead processes in order toaffect business outcomes.
  • Perform analytics from various platforms (Outreach, SFDC, etc.) to see where the teams could improve.
    • Find ways to collect, centralize,synthesize and distribute information.
    • Report on which team membersneedingattention or specific coaching.
  • Appointment-setting,traveland workshopactivities forteamas necessary.
General
  • Develop and maintain adequate sales, marketing, product and technical knowledge to perform job function.
  • Sedentary Work-Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
