Overview

Simplestate is looking for a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Rep who wants full control over their income. This role is commission-only - but the upside is huge for someone willing to put in the work and get creative. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Finding and closing deals with motivated sellers.
• Prospecting and proactively generating your own seller leads via networking, social, agents, and more.
• Following up on inbound company leads generated by Simplestate’s marketing.
• Running comps, calculating offers, and locking up contracts.
• Coordinating with title companies and our internal team to get deals closed.
• Work closely with our internal dispositions team to finalize transactions.

• Crave uncapped income and commission-only structure.
• Hunter mentality — you don’t wait for leads; you go create them.
• Have strong people skills and negotiation chops.
• Are confident in generating your own leads or willing to learn fast.
• Confidence in running numbers, estimating repairs, and making decisions.
• Have experience in sales, investing, or wholesaling (preferred).
