• Provide farmgate sales support, including nutritional management and health consultations to foster growth and strong relationships with equine veterinarians
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to achieve sales goals
• Gather and analyze technical market data to inform strategic decisions
• Deliver technical sales presentations at various events, including expos and conferences
• Respond to technical inquiries from customers, including through social media platforms

• Minimum required Master’s of Science degree, preferred PhD in Equine Nutrition or a related field, with a preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience
• Strong technical knowledge of equine nutritional requirements and health management
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation and technical writing abilities
• Experience in providing customer‑facing technical support and training
• Ability to effectively collaborate across departments and with diverse industry segments

• Experience in the equine industry and familiarity with market trends
• Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical applications for customers
• Experience in writing technical materials and engaging with media
