Entry Level Product Specialist

You will be responsible for providing accurate up-to-date product information and guiding the customer through their purchase.

Product Specialist Responsibilities:

• Have a deep understanding of the client’s products & services, including: features, benefits, and the client’s advantages over competitors
• Generating and closing sales on behalf of the client
• Building rapport with the customers, helping them with any concerns & questions they may have
• Providing support within the sales and marketing teams to help develop and implement in-field marketing campaigns
• Identifying market consumer trends which includes a customer’s needs & preferences, and other companies’ offerings

• Comfortable working with technology
• 1-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, restaurant, and/or hospitality
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Outgoing personality
• Able to commute to Lincoln, NE
• Ability to communicate with peers and management
• Experience leading and managing a team a plus!
