Job Description

As Ballarat’s commercial property market experiences growth, Colliers is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to join our Ballarat Sales & Leasing team. You will play a key role in driving sales success while managing important client relationships and commercial transactions.

What you will do:

  • Manage and grow a strong portfolio of commercial property sales and leasing clients
  • Drive new business development with an entrepreneurial mindset and ‘hunter’ attitude
  • Source, negotiate, and close commercial property sales and leasing deals from start to finish
  • Conduct property inspections, market presentations, and client negotiations
  • Provide expert market knowledge, advice, and strategic sales solutions to clients
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to maximise property exposure (signage, brochures, online campaigns, Information Memorandums, and videos)
  • Maintain high visibility and credibility within the Ballarat commercial property market
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team success and culture
Qualifications

About you:

  • Experienced commercial property sales or leasing professional with proven track record
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills and natural business developer
  • Excellent communicator able to engage diverse stakeholders with confidence and professionalism
  • Licensed Real Estate Agent or Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Commercially astute with entrepreneurial drive and ambition for career growth
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and results in a fast-paced environment
