Comfort Advisor.Your role will be generating customer leads and building strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, communicating recommendations, and selling heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality products.

  • Compensation: this position is 100% commission with earning potential $125,000-$200,000 per year.
Qualifications:
  • HS graduate (associate degree or technical school certificate in HVAC preferred)
  • Proven sales history (minimum 1 year of outside sales experience preferred)
  • Excellent communicator with internal and external customers
  • Ability to quickly create rapport with customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism
  • Must be coachable and willing to learn new things
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Must pass background and drug screen
Essential Job Functions:
  • Sell HVAC systems to new and existing customers by building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Conduct sales visits offering residential and commercial services, emphasizing or recommending services based on knowledge of customer needs.
  • Educate customers on best replacement options for aging, inefficient, or under-performing systems.
  • Communicate effectively between co-workers, vendors, and clients.
  • Participate in training and ongoing education.
