Our store

Camberley Specsavers is a busy, well-established store located in the town centre, serving a diverse and loyal customer base. The store is easily accessible, with good public transport links and Camberley train station within walking distance; parking is available nearby, with the train station car park offering the most affordable option for colleagues who drive. With eight optical test rooms and two dedicated audiology rooms, the store is well equipped to deliver high-quality clinical care across both disciplines.

Known for its strong focus on patient care, teamwork, and service excellence, Camberley provides a supportive environment with an experienced management team, offering a fast-paced, customer-focused setting and excellent opportunities for career development.

The team at Camberley Specsavers is friendly, experienced, and highly collaborative, made up of a strong mix of optical and audiology professionals alongside knowledgeable retail colleagues. With a shared commitment to patient care and customer service, the team works closely together to ensure a smooth and supportive journey for every customer. Responsibilities

  • Welcome and help customers as they walk through the store and provide a supportive, friendly service environment.
  • Collaborate with experienced Opticians and Technicians to support clinical care and learning opportunities.
  • Engage with training and development opportunities across the business to grow your skills and career.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused team and a positive working culture.

Qualifications

  • Some optical experience or related exposure.
  • Desirable: previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Desirable: experience in optics or Audiology business.
  • Desirable: basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
