Spreetail is hiring an Inventory Operations Lead Coordinator who will shape department performance through operational structure, consistency, and proactive issue management. The successful candidate will operate with an advanced continuous improvement mindset, ensuring improvements are measurable, repeatable, and integrated into performance routines.

• Shaping Inventory Operations Performance.
• Inventory Control and Compliance Oversight.
• Cross-functional Collaboration and Operational Excellence.
• Tool Development and Operating Systems.
• Process Improvement and Organizational Influence.

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Inventory Management/Purchasing field.
• Strong Excel skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done.
• Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, and high proficiency in creating and managing advanced models.
• Comfort with ambiguity (ability to operate in processes that are still being defined).

$80,000 - $120,000 a year

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000/year to $120,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
