Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely customer-focused, outgoing, and friendly, with extensive experience in the customer service industry. The Restaurant General Manager in this position will be responsible for all aspects of service, quality, cleanliness, labor, costs, production, and maintenance for the restaurant during their shift. The GM will serve as a brand ambassador for the company and must work towards maintaining the company culture at all times.

The Restaurant General Manager must work well under pressure and provide support to team members’ current and future development.

Qualifications:

• The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest-oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
• Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant's GM.
• The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the General Manager.
• The Restaurant General Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others.
• This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
