NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort is an award‑winning Holiday Resort centrally located on the Gold Coast. We pride ourselves on excellent service and ensuring our guests have a memorable holiday experience.

We’re on the lookout for energetic, service‑driven legends to join our Cafe, Restaurant
, Barista and Bar teams this summer and beyond! Whether you're a coffee connoisseur, cocktail shaker, or love creating memorable dining experiences, we want to hear from you. We have multiple casual opportunities available to join the team, where every day is a holiday! You must have good availability to work weekends, public and school holidays and over the festive Christmas and New Year period.

• Take orders and deliver exceptional table service
• Prepare and serve drinks: coffee, cocktails, or cold ones!
• Operating POS systems with accuracy and efficiency
• Setting up, clearing, and resetting dining and bar areas
• Bringing good vibes and great service to every shift

• Service experience in a restaurant, cafe, restaurant, or previous customer service positions.
• Outstanding customer service skills – you are friendly, welcoming and no request is too small.
• Knowledge of and ability to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (a bonus!)
• Barista skills (a bonus!)
