Are you a Cook looking to work for an amazing organization by serving others and connecting with your co‑workers? Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full time Cook to work at The Landing, located at 3500 Faulkner Drive, Lincoln, NE 68516. The Landing has 90 independent living, 34 assisted living and 14 memory support apartment homes. The schedule for this position is 11:00am-7:00pm Wednesday-Saturday, 6:00am-2:00pm Sundays.
Holidays are required if they normally fall within the regularly scheduled days and will usually be a brunch shift 6:00am-2:00pm. Days off will be Monday and Tuesday. This position will pay up to $19.68/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

The responsibilities of this job include all types of food preparation, including but not limited to baking, grilling, stove‑top and oven cooking; and cleaning the kitchen. Additionally assists in any duty as needed in the kitchen area.
Skills & Requirements- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- One (1) year of cooking experience beyond the level of fast food/fast casual is required.
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) required or willing to obtain if hired (company pays for training).
- Minimum age of 18 years old required.
