Casa Bovina, a new, private, upscale Italian inspired Steakhouse, is looking for a Dishwasher. This is a great opportunity for someone that has an interest in getting experience working in a kitchen and working alongside professional chefs.
The Dishwasher will work on cleaning up dishes, pans, floors, and work spaces both in the kitchen and butcher shop, with the potential for other assigned duties. This position will ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained. The Dishwasher will have the opportunity to learn from professional chefs and begin to train in food preparation. The ideal candidate would be someone that has a long‑term interest in working in a kitchen, with the desire to grow within the food industry.
The restaurant’s days of operation are Tuesday-Sunday.
