Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00/hr, depending on circumstances, including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an “at‑will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collect signatures before each event to verify each stand worker knows Aramark's alcohol policy and is TEAMs certified.
  • Monitor alcohol sales in the entire venue, ensuring we are following Aramark’s alcohol policy and industry standards.
  • Observe the crowd for heavily intoxicated patrons and direct them to medical or Argus event staff.
  • Fill out a nightly B1, B2 and B3 Alcohol Compliance Report and complete any additional required documentation.
  • Fill in for absent employees at the location as needed.
  • Keep informed about daily catering events and ensure they are prepared and delivered on time.
  • Be available to work occasional night and weekend catering events.
  • Stay in communication with staff through email, phone calls, inter‑office mail, and other channels.
  • May perform cashier duties when necessary.
  • Foster good public relations.

Qualifications
  • Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
  • Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
  • Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost‑effective program.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
  • Maintain emotional control under stress.
  • Ability to resolve interpersonal situations.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • 21 years of age or older (Required).
  • Able to lead a team and diffuse conflict.
  • TEAM/TIPS Alcohol certification (Required) – applicants will be trained & certified on site if necessary.
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager.
  • Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
  • Excellent communication and integrity skills.
  • Working knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and control practices.
  • Ability to interpret and apply legal provisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis software.
Physical Demands

This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role also may be outside, so may be exposed to sun and other inclement weather. This role may also require uniforms and/or use of PPE.
