- Place orders for a dining center’s food product and supply needs to maintain proper inventory and fulfill menu needs and quantities in accordance to the Housing Dining Service process and procedures.
- Conduct and maintain daily, monthly and annual inventory.
- Maintain proper supply levels and restock as needed.
- Receive, inspect, inventory and store orders as they are delivered.
- Process invoices for payment.
- Resolve order, billing, and invoice concerns.
- Oversee Dining Service Supply Associate, answer questions, provide guidance and ensure Dining Service storeroom/warehouse is well organized.

MinimumRequired Qualifications
High school or equivalent experience plus 2 years of supply, distribution or inventory work experience preferably in the food industry. The following are required:
- Computer knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet University driver eligibility requirements.
- Food Handlers Permit or willingness to obtain upon employment and any other University required training.
$17.25/hr
