Job Description
You are an experienced and highly motivated real estate professional. You are able to work independently, manage complex transactions, and interact confidently with institutional clients. You combine strong analytical and financial skills with a commercial mindset and excellent communication abilities. You are proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from origination to execution.
Your Activities
- Independently manage and execute real estate transactions in the Office Capital Markets sector, with a focus on financial, commercial, and market aspects.
- Lead the analysis and underwriting of buy-side and sell-side opportunities for institutional clients.
- Prepare and review advanced financial models (DCF, sensitivity analyses, business plans) to support investment decisions.
- Coordinate and prepare high-quality marketing materials, including teasers, information memoranda, and client presentations.
- Actively contribute to deal origination, including market analysis, investor targeting, and opportunity sourcing.
- Manage client relationships and participate directly in meetings, negotiations, and presentations, acting as a key point of contact.
- Collaborate with senior team members while demonstrating full autonomy in day-to-day activities and project execution.
Qualifications
What do we ask of you?
- Academic degree (Architecture/Engineer/Economics preferred)
- 5–7 years of proven experience in Capital Markets, investment advisory, or real estate finance, ideally within the Office sector.
- Strong knowledge of real estate financial analysis and modelling.
- Solid understanding of institutional investors and real estate market dynamics.
- Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
- Ambitious, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Native Italian speaker or C1 level, intermediate (B1 level) in English
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
