Overview
Lab Technician
Schedule and conduct immunological (ELISA) and biochemical tests on products and components following SOPs, Outlines of Production, GLPs, and cGMPs.
Assisting with assay development programs
Transfer assays for new products into the immunology control lab
Enter data entered in the LIMS.
Accept primary responsibility for conducting, documenting, and defending individually assigned tests.
Maintain sound scientific judgment and personal integrity when completing assigned testing.
Monitor, service, and work to improve theibility and accuracy of assigned assay systems.
Coordinate regularly with other departments and occasionally with other scientific personnel to complete assigned tasks.
Ability to work safely with biologicals as required.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, including knowledge of PC database software.

- Monitor, service, and improve reproducibility and accuracy of assigned assay systems.
- Coordinate with other departments and scientific personnel to complete tasks.
- B.S. in Biological Science or equivalent education/experience in a scientific discipline.
- 3-6 years’ experience in vivo/in vitro laboratory experience.
- Experience performing immunoassays preferred.
- Statistical skills preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
