Overview
Nebraska Animal Medical Center (NAMC) is seeking Licensed Veterinary Technicians to join our skilled, team-focused practice. NAMC encourages technicians to work at the top of their license while continuing to grow through ongoing education and hands-on training alongside exceptional veterinarians.
QualificationsLicensed Veterinary Technician in Nebraska (or license-eligible)
Emergency experience preferred, but not required
Self-motivated, positive, and able to think critically
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with compassion and flexibility
Patient triage and nursing care
Lab sample collection and analysis
Diagnostic imaging
Surgical preparation and assistance
Anesthetic monitoring
Medication administration
Client communication regarding treatment plans
Daytime emergency services with overnight patient care
Rehabilitation suite with underwater treadmill
Ultrasound, dental, and surgical suites
Boarding, daycare, and grooming facilities
Radioiodine (I-131) treatment for cats
