We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time RN or LPN to join our team at Holmes Lake Rehabilitation & Care Center, a premier nursing home in Lincoln, Nebraska. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report patient conditions, concerns, and changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and communication
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and promoting a positive patient experience
- Education:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. - Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Certifications/Licenses:
Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Nebraska and current BLS/CPR is required.
