The Role

As an OR Registered Nurse, you will be the cornerstone of patient safety and individualized care. You will oversee the surgical experience from start to finish-assessing patient needs, coordinating with surgeons, and ensuring a sterile, efficient environment. We are looking for a teammate who balances technical precision with a high standard of customer service.

Schedule & Flexibility

* Hours:

Full-time, 80 hours per pay period (bi-weekly).

* Shift: Four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday.

* Coverage:
Shifts fall between 5:30 AM and 5:30 PM (No weekends or holidays!).

What You'll Do

* Clinical Excellence:
Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized care for surgical patients using established standards.

* Surgical Readiness:
Assemble and manage all necessary supplies, instruments, drapes, and sutures for diverse procedures.

* Patient Advocacy:
Act as a primary advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process.

Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with physicians and staff to maintain a culture of kindness and accountability.
