Med Surg – 42 Beds Radius & Employment Rule Must live outside 50 miles (Driver’s license required at submittal to verify) Cannot be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any Common Spirit, CHI, or Dignity facility Important Policies Artificial nails prohibited in all patient care areas (refusal = contract termination) RN Exam:
Open-book skills exam on Friday of orientation Must score 90% to pass or contract will be terminated RTO:
Must be submitted upfront (7 days or less per 13-week contract) No additional RTO approved after submission Unit Details Beds: 42 Ratios: 1:5–6 (1:6 at least once per week)
