Immanuel Communities is seeking a Team Lead LPN to work at The Landing located at 3500 Faulkner Drive, Lincoln, NE 68516. The Landing has 90 independent living, 34 assisted living and 14 memory support apartment homes.

This position will pay up to $37.19/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

The role of the Lead LPN is to support the AL Manager/AL Supervisor in implementing Immanuels goals of providing the best possible care for its Assisted Living residents. The primary responsibilities of this job includes presenting training and guidance to the Medication Aides, ensuring physicians orders and pharmacy orders are clear and accurate, and providing resident needs as indicated. Monitors health care tracking systems and audits performed in the department.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) license in the respective state in which he/she is employed is mandatory.
• Two (2) years experience in an assisted living or skilled care community is required.
• Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
