We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Long-Term Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to support a skilled nursing facility on a contract assignment. The nurse will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while ensuring compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents

• Assess resident conditions and monitor changes in health status

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner

• Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies

• Support resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska

• LPN candidates will be accepted (PDFU)

• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Compliance validation required
