Overview
Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an independent pain management practice in Kearney, NE, starting February 2, 2026.
Responsibilities- Provide medical diagnosis and treatment to adult patients with chronic pain in an ambulatory setting.
- Assist with interventional pain procedures.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with physicians and staff.
- Clinic hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
- No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call.
- Occasional travel to outreach clinics may be required (up to 25%).
- Nebraska licensure with no disciplinary actions.
- National certification.
- Unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain).
- EMR experience (Athena preferred).
- Strong desire to learn, especially for new graduates.
- Annual compensation range: $110,000 to $130,000.

- Applicants must be licensed in Nebraska, work day shifts, and be willing to travel up to 25%.
