About the Position

Wilshire Rehab & Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing community striving to provide clinical excellence and compassionate care. We are looking for a Registered Nurse Charge Nurse to join our team. This is a full‑time/part‑time position with all shifts available. New graduates are welcome.

$36.00/hr – $42.00/hr

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces support and provides health‑care instructions to patients and families.
• Plays a role in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and patient activities with the team.
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to appropriate individuals.
• Records observations of patient responses to nursing care on charts.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to patient comfort and safety.
• Assists with unit management and may assume charge of a unit as assigned.
