** We have an opening for a part-time/PRN Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, with a 12 hour night position (6 PM to 6 AM) with that includes a great shift differential and skilled nursing incentive! We look forward to talking with you about this great opportunity!

** Our Nurses:
** Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our residents.
* Support the Director of Nursing with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
* Work with a team of professionals to ensure the residents comprehensive needs are met.
* Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs
* Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted
* Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete
* Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of

** in all areas of responsibility.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
** What you need to succeed!
*** Be a graduate of an accredited LPN program
* Have an active LPN license in the state, in good standing
* Experience in Long-term Care
* Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.
* Provide leadership and supervision to nursing team members
* Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
* Possess superb interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaborate with team members and external constituents
* Have first aid/CPR certificate per state/local guidelines.
*
* Physical Requirements:
*** On occasion, may need to push/pull/support up to 50lbs.
