Our healthcare facility is looking for RN's and LPN's to join our team as charge nurses. At our long‑term residence, the RN helps to fulfill the care requirements of our patients. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the successful candidate will work within their entire scope of practice. The RN will be fully accountable for ensuring that the utmost in competent care and safety is consistently delivered to all residents.

• Administer medications and document therapeutic effects
• Assist with resident comfort
• Provide wound dressing care
  
  Help provide direction to staff as necessary

• Must possess a current, active license to practice as a RN or LPN in Nebraska.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decision when needed.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with residents and family members .
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures
