As a Registered Nurse (RN), your primary responsibility is to provide patient care using the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse to deliver patient education and support aligned with your competencies and education. Excellent communication and critical‑thinking skills are essential to secure optimal patient outcomes.

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs, consulting with Charge neuesten undern.
• Implement medical plans by administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, and assisting with minor surgical procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and apply clinical and technical aspects of care per established policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters with SOAP charting and attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, unit supervisory personnel or other staff as necessary.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year of clinic experience.

• Maintain current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Obtain and maintain CPR certification.
