Job Description: We’re looking for an amazing OR Registered Nurse to join our surgical team. We need a dedicated RN with passion for patient care, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provides care for surgical patients, tailoring nursing interventions to each individual.
  • Assesses and plans care for surgical patients, delivering interventions within the OR.
  • Mentors new nurses through orientation and training.
  • Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care and improve services.
  • Contributes to research, education, and program evaluation.
  • Supervises nursing students in the OR.
Minimum Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Missouri RN license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) card.
  • If the role includes radiologic functions, must have radiology certification or training validated through a radiology competency checklist.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • RN specialty certification.
  • Passion for patient care and surgical services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and mentoring.
  • Ability to work in high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
