Job Description: We’re looking for an amazing OR Registered Nurse to join our surgical team. We need a dedicated RN with passion for patient care, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Provides care for surgical patients, tailoring nursing interventions to each individual.
- Assesses and plans care for surgical patients, delivering interventions within the OR.
- Mentors new nurses through orientation and training.
- Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care and improve services.
- Contributes to research, education, and program evaluation.
- Supervises nursing students in the OR.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Missouri RN license or eligibility for licensure.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) card.
- If the role includes radiologic functions, must have radiology certification or training validated through a radiology competency checklist.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- RN specialty certification.
- Passion for patient care and surgical services.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and mentoring.
- Ability to work in high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
- RN with a passion for surgery and patient care.
- Strong knowledge of nursing processes and ability to handle acute, chronic, and terminal patient needs.
