Foster Care Closet is looking for a Donor Stewardship Manager. The Foster Care Closet of Nebraska is passionate about restoring dignity to youth in crisis by bringing the joy of choice through mobile shopping experiences. Taking new clothes directly to communities across Nebraska offers a tailored experience for youth and families to shop for free and select the fashions that speak to them.

Our generous donors make this possible for approximately 1,600 youth a year.

The Donor Stewardship Manager is a new position that will help us give dignity to our donors who want to feel connected to our cause and know that their generosity is making a difference in the lives of youth across the state. Above all, the right candidate will feel a deep connection to the following statements.

Passion for serving and providing dignity to youth in crisis.

Desire to be part of a team and work together to achieve results for the youth and families we serve.

Sense of responsibility to grow, drive, and organize our statewide system of donors who want to also give dignity to youth in crisis through new clothing.

• Managing our CRM database of donors
• Acknowledging donations and writing thank you notes
• Phone calls to express gratitude to donors and listen
• Newsletter creation and execution
• Email and social media interactions with donors and potential donors
• Event planning and execution
• Networking groups opportunities
