Marvilee is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2023, dedicated to supporting youth who are lacking life skills or struggling with addictions. Named in memory of Marvin Lee Sullivan, Marvilee aims to create a community and ultimately a world free from substance abuse. The organization offers support and resources to youth, as well as shares personal experiences with parents affected by addiction.

This is a volunteer role for a Treasurer  Treasurer will be responsible for managing the financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include overseeing fundraising initiatives and maintaining accurate financial records. This is an on-site role located in Lincoln, NE.

• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• Skills in fundraising and financial planning
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a non-profit organization is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
