Job Description- Develop, optimize and implement the Annual Marketing Plan of Botox in Tx.
- Engage KOL to ensure strong brand endorsement from KOLs.
- Monitor market trends, competitive environment and customer insight as well as brand performance to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional team as well as Botox cosmetic to synergy marketing resource.
- Ensure the integrity of Botox therapeutic marketing activities in accordance with local, regional and corporate compliance policies
- Effectively development and manage promotional budget to deliver annual marketing plan
- Lead open, consistent and clear communication between sales and marketing
- Update sales force training material and implement the new employee orientation training.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree or above in medical or related medicine science
- Pharmaceutical sales and an additional pharmaceutical marketing experience
Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)
- Team work spirit
- Good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proactive and independent attitude
- Good level of English language both in spoken /written
