Are you an organised, proactive and digitally savvy marketer looking to take the next step in your career? Colliers is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of Commercial Properties. The position may be based in Geelong or Ballarat, depending on the successful candidate.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating end-to-end campaigns, managing suppliers, supporting digital channels, and ensuring the seamless rollout of marketing activities. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy balancing creativity with structure, this role is for you.

• Drive campaign execution – coordinate marketing plans, materials, scheduling and delivery across multiple commercial property campaigns
• Boost brand presence – plan, post and monitor social media content, plus report weekly on performance
• Create engaging content – support copywriting for listings, ads, EDMs and digital campaigns
• Run weekly email marketing – coordinate EDMs and track key metrics
• Support creative production – assist with marketing assets and basic design tasks
• Keep the engine running – manage tasks in workflow systems, maintain records and support project events
