Responsibilities
- Handling of all IPQA activities during Manufacturing of Oral Solid dosage forms (Tablet and Capsule.)
- Line clearance during daily activities of production.
- Calculation of API and ingredients in dispensing activities.
- Logbook Review.
- Collection of samples in intermediate and finished stage in manufacturing of Tablets and Capsules.
- Perform Composite Sampling & Blend uniformity (BU).
- Record and maintain CPP and RFT data of all BMR in regular basis on Excel.
- Online checking of in-process parameters in all manufacturing stages, Completion of BMR & Daily log book.
- Handling of all IPQC instruments like Analytical balance, Semi-automatic tablet tester, DT apparatus, Friability tester etc.
