Job Title: Custom Door Fabricator
Location: Lincoln, NE
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Custom Door Fabricator to join our team. This position is responsible for building and assembling high-quality custom doors to customer specifications while maintaining precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Fabricate custom interior and exterior doors based on work orders and specifications
- Measure, cut, assemble, sand, and finish door components accurately
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
- Previous woodworking, carpentry, millwork, or fabrication experience preferred
- Experience using saws, sanders, routers, and other shop equipment
- Ability to read measurements and work with precision tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Custom door or cabinet fabrication experience
- Blueprint or shop drawing interpretation
- Finish carpentry background
