GENERAL SUMMARY

Inventories and maintains a weekly supply of facility forms. Operates and maintains a variety of printing equipment, including production copiers, wide-format printers, paper folders, collators, paper drills, laminators, paper cutters, and perforators. Assists with the management and maintenance of the organizational record storage system. Handles all outbound shipping logistics. Coordinates volunteer activities and provides direct support to departmental staff.

PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS

* Operates all digital printing equipment.

* Operates digital printing equipment.

Operates power lift equipment.

* Performs general maintenance and minor repairs on printing equipment.

* Operates and maintains a variety of printing equipment, including production copiers, wide-format printers, paper folders, collators, paper drills, laminators, paper cutters, and perforators.

Accurately marks and wraps re-order points of all forms to ensure adequate notice for reordering forms.

* Compiles production data for monthly productivity report.

* Coordinates volunteer activities assigned to and/or requested by Printing Services.

Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.

Participates in meetings, committees and department projects as assigned.

Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalency required. Experience with copiers and shipping software preferred. Basic inventory knowledge preferred. Production and assembly experience preferred.

OTHER CREDENTIALS / CERTIFICATIONS

Valid State of Nebraska Driver License required. Verification and maintenance of responsible driving record per facility standards required. Pallet Jack and Forklift certification required.
