2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Reporting to the Production Manager at our Lincoln, NE manufacturing facility, you will lead a dynamic team focused on driving process improvements and achieving operational excellence. You will inspire and guide 2nd Shift production staff to meet quality and productivity goals, resolve challenges, and ensure resources are in place to keep schedules on track. Your leadership will create a collaborative, energized environment where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are top priorities.

* Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results in safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

* Coach and develop employees through training and feedback, helping them grow and succeed.

* Champion a clean, food-safe environment by supervising sanitation operations.

* Set the tone for compliance by enforcing plant rules, regulations, and procedures.

* Build strong relationships through clear communication and performance evaluations.

* Promote a culture of safety by supporting programs and ensuring adherence to requirements like lock-out/tag-out, PPE, and confined space entry.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

* High school diploma or GED

* Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment

* 2+ years of supervisory experience

* Willingness to work occasional Saturday's and/or shift work

* SAP experience preferred.

* Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and loss.

* Knowledge of GMPs and plant equipment safety.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
