Pad fabrication, upholstery, and shop experience are a plus.

What You’ll Lead

As Pad Shop Foreman, you’ll be the steady hand guiding daily operations.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading and coaching pad shop team members
Setting expectations for quality, safety, and productivity
Training new employees and developing current ones
Coordinating daily workflow and solving problems in real time
Communicating clearly with management and your crew
Leading by example, on the floor, not from an office

You’ll still be hands-on, but your biggest impact will be through your people.

Physical, hands-on environment
On your feet most of the day
Lifting and positioning materials
Working indoors and outdoors year-round
Accountability—for results, quality, and culture
Occasional travel coordination with installs
